The sunny citrus flavor of lemon mingles with the crisp, fresh taste of China green tea to create an invigorating cup.

Heat water to just below boiling point (175º-185º). Use one level teaspoon or one tea bag per cup of tea. Infuse for two to three minutes, according to taste.
