Talk N’ Coffee strives to give you the best in customer care and satisfaction and we will do whatever we can to make sure you’re satisfied.  Should you find a reason to return a product please contact a customer service representative so that we may assist you in the return of your product.  No product should be returned without speaking to a customer representative first.

Talk N’ Coffee reserves the right to refuse refund if we feel the customer has altered the product in anyway no refund on shipping charges and without return authorization there will be a twenty percent restocking charge .
